1. Information We Collect

• Account information: name, company, email, phone, and password when you register for the customer portal.
• Service information: shipment details, customs documentation, invoices, tracking numbers, and other data you submit to obtain customs brokerage, freight, or trade compliance services.
• Accounting & payment data: if you connect your QuickBooks Online account, we access invoice, customer, and payment data necessary to display and reconcile your invoices within the portal. We do not store credit card numbers.
• Usage data: log data, device information, IP address, and cookies used to operate and secure the Services.

2. How We Use Information

• To provide customs brokerage, freight, and related services you request.
• To create and manage your portal account and authenticate access.
• To synchronize invoices and payment status with your accounting system.
• To communicate about shipments, requests, invoices, and account activity.
• To comply with legal obligations, including U.S. Customs and Border Protection recordkeeping requirements.
• To detect, prevent, and respond to fraud, abuse, or security incidents.

3. QuickBooks Online Data

When you connect QuickBooks Online, we access your QuickBooks data only with your authorization through Intuit's OAuth 2.0 flow. We use this data solely to display your invoices and payment status in your customer portal and to push portal-created invoices into your QuickBooks company file. We do not sell QuickBooks data, do not use it for advertising, and do not share it with third parties except as required to provide the Services or comply with law. You may disconnect QuickBooks at any time from your portal settings or from your Intuit account; upon disconnect we cease further access and delete stored OAuth tokens.

4. Sharing of Information

We share information only with:

• Government agencies (e.g., U.S. Customs and Border Protection) as required to clear your shipments.
• Service providers that host our infrastructure, send transactional email, or process payments, under contractual confidentiality and security obligations.
• Intuit (QuickBooks) when you have authorized the integration.
• Law enforcement or other parties when required by law or to protect rights, safety, or property.

We do not sell your personal information.

5. Data Retention

We retain customer records and customs documentation for the period required by applicable law (generally five years for U.S. customs records). Portal account data is retained while your account is active and for a reasonable period thereafter.

6. Security

We use industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical safeguards including encryption in transit (TLS), encrypted storage, role-based access controls, and authentication on all portal endpoints. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your Choices

• Access, update, or delete portal account information from your profile page.
• Disconnect QuickBooks at any time from portal settings.
• Request deletion of personal data by contacting us, subject to legal retention requirements.

8. Children

The Services are not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
